Orange becomes blue: kfzteile24 presents its new design

kfzteile24, Germany's best-known digital platform when it comes to after-market auto parts, introduces a strong, new brand design. The focus is on a new logo, a contemporary design concept and a comprehensive update in terms of the tonality. With this redesign and after a more than 20-year history, the e-commerce company is continuing to evolve extensively in terms of content and appearance.

Together with excellent customer service, short delivery times and fair prices, the new design underlines kfzteile24's customer- and service-oriented mindset.

The new graphic elements, which are inspired by road markings, symbolise the company's decades of experience in the automotive sector. Lively, fresh colours convey both dynamism and the modern character of the omni-channel provider. The clear address will make it easier for customers in the future to find their way around the complex spare parts market and to find the parts they need. The fresh look will initially be online only – on our website and in the app – but will also be implemented step by step in our three Berlin branches.

New design concept, new logo, update of the corporate identity

The central element of the design update is the new logo. Not only does it get a new look, it also has a more individual touch. A curved arrow serves as a figurative mark and symbolises strength, speed and dynamism.

In terms of colour, kfzteile24 opted mainly for two different shades of blue: dark blue and vibrant blue. They form the central main colours, on which you will also find a fresh mint green and elegant stone grey. Orange is retained for special highlights. Colours, design and imagery as well as tonality have a high-quality, individual and contemporary look and make the kfzteile24 brand unmistakable.

The cross-media brand presence was developed together with the Hamburg boutique branding agency EIGA. "It was particularly exciting for us to develop the right mix of memorable design elements, which at the same time offer a high degree of uniqueness for a modern brand presence," says Elisabeth Plass, CCO EIGA and member of the Executive Committee of the Art Directors Club Germany. While Henning Otto, CEO at EIGA, adds: "With this brand relaunch, kfzteile24 is, for the first time, also displaying a focus on progressive, optimistic design."
