Providing the right part and the necessary expertise to keep vehicles fit and make them run again: That is our mission. We offer the right solution for every car-related challenge.

The perfect foundation: 3 million parts in our shop, provided with our unique service. We offer fast and reliable delivery, and we supply our business customers several times a day. For any questions, our support team, staffed exclusively with automotive professionals, is there to help. Should a customer need personal assistance, we can provide it in our own branches and workshops. If desired, customers can not only pick up orders there, but also drop off their vehicle for repairs.

Our Team

We are the k24 group – that's more than 600 people from over 40 countries, creating the digital automotive platform of the future. No two of us share the same background, CV or experience. But one thing unites us: we love parts! In other words, we love helping our customers in solving their parts problems. That's what we work hard for every day. Because we have set ambitious goals for ourselves - and we are only satisfied when our customers are too.

Who we are

Markus Winter

CEO

Markus Winter has been our CEO since 2019 and is thus responsible for our structure and strategy. In daily operations, he is also overseeing the Customer Experience department.

Markus studied business administration and then began working as a management consultant. Before joining us, Markus founded and managed a number of start-ups. In doing so, he gained experience in marketing, product and BI for e-commerce platforms. Most recently, he held the role of CEO and CMO at several leading e-commerce companies.

Markus is married and father of a child. He is a fan of Karlsruher SC, but has also taken Union Berlin to his heart in recent years. In his spare time, he loves to be by or on the water. And when there isn't any nearby, you can often find him riding his e-skateboard.

Matthias Gossenz

COO

Matthias Gossenz is our COO. He is responsible for procurement, logistics and omnichannel.

After studying business administration in Nuremberg, Matthias first worked at a bank. Later, he joined a large automotive supplier, where he gained experience in the areas of Finance and Strategic Development. In 2009, he made the switch to logistics and supply chain management, where he has remained to this day.

Matthias is married and has his roots in Bavaria. For professional reasons, he spent 9 years of his life in Asia. Running is his hobby, short and long trips to all corners of the world are his passion.

Sebastian Bourmer

CFO

Sebastian Bourmer is our CFO. He is not only responsible for finance and commercial management, but also for our organisational development.

After studying business administration, Sebastian worked in various positions in finance, also founding his own company on the way. Most recently, he was CFO of a fast-growing, international digital company.

Sebastian is married and has four children. In addition to his family, his heart beats for Borussia Dortmund. In his free time, he enjoys being outdoors, spending time with family and friends as well as being a passionate amateur chef.

Klaus Weigeldt

CPO

As CPO, Klaus Weigeldt is responsible for our People & Legal department. One of his most important responsibilities is the development of our organisation and corporate culture.

Klaus is a legal expert and used to work as a lawyer and head of legal departments. Around 2006, he decided to transition to human resources management. Since then, working in human resources has been his passion. Before joining us, Klaus had already been Head of HR at a wide variety of companies - from start-ups to multinationals.

Klaus is married and has 3 children. He loves taking photos and going to the cinema, and he enjoys a good book. Klaus used to be a successful track and field athlete and has maintained his passion for sport to this day. As a football fan, his heart beats for several clubs, but above all for 1. FC Köln.

Marco Kunze

CTO

Marco is our CTO (Chief Technology Officer). He takes care of the numerous processes in our IT and ensures that our IT teams can work optimally and that every team member knows exactly what is important at any given time. With his extensive experience in complex, data-driven e-commerce and in the organisation and management of large IT departments, he is the perfect fit for this role.

Before joining us, Marco spent 5 years as CTO at XOM Materials, building software solutions for the steel trade. Before that, he spent 10 years at a large price comparison provider, where he worked his way up from developer to Head of Software Development and Infrastructure.

Marco is married and has two children. In his free time, he loves to be on his feet - he is a passionate runner and doesn't shy away from even the longest and toughest hikes.

Olaf Kerinnis

Vice President Procurement

Olaf Kerinnis is our Vice President of Assortment and Product Content . Together with his team, he is constantly adapting our existing products, sourcing new suppliers and developing new product categories along with the corresponding articles. The goal of their work is to offer our customers the best and most comprehensive assortment in the automotive sector.

Olaf has a degree in aerospace engineering. He has previously worked for various companies in the automotive sector, where he was a manager and consultant in the areas of sourcing, quality management, and sales and purchasing. Before starting with us in Berlin, Olaf had previously worked in South Africa, China and France during his career.

Olaf was born in Wiesbaden and has 4 children. In his free time he enjoys playing golf and tennis, cooking for his family or going on ski trips. He is still holding out hope for a career in the men's over 55 regional tennis league - true to his motto: "Great things never came from comfort zones".

Indra Eberhardt

Head of Legal

Indra Eberhardt is our Head of Legal and therefore our point of contact for all legal matters. Her focus is on the three big Cs: Corporate, Contract and Competition Law.

After completing her two state examinations in law, Indra worked as a judge in Berlin. After a few years, however, she decided to switch to corporate law.

Indra has two children and in her free time loves to attend cultural events of all kinds - of which, fortunately, there are plenty in Berlin. And when Berlin gets too boring for her, Indra packs her bags and pursues her second great hobby: travelling.

Thorsten Müller

Director businessplus

Thorsten Müller is the Director of our businessplus department. Together with his team, he works on opening up new business areas, establishing new business relationships and consolidating existing ones. His goal: to get companies and automotive workshops excited about our B2B services.

Thorsten is a technician in the automotive trade. In the automotive sector, he has already worked as manager for sales and business in various companies, gathering experience in sales, business development, quality management as well as purchasing departments. His career has taken Thorsten through all the larger and smaller cities in the German-speaking region. Now he has settled in the capital and – more importantly – at kfzteile24.

Thorsten was born in Hanover. He is in a relationship and has two grown-up children, who are also his best "buddies". In his free time, he likes to lift weights, ride his motorcycle and attend concerts. Given the chance, he would love to participate in an over 50 championship for 5000 meter medley. He was very successful in those in his youth.

Benjamin Fischer

Director Finance

As Director Finance, Benjamin Fischer is responsible for our Finance division. This includes the Accounting, Controlling and Cash Management departments. Together with his team, he provides the management with all important financial data, prepares forecasts and always ensures sufficient liquidity.

In addition to training as an industrial clerk, Benjamin also has a Masters of Business Administration. After working in "traditional" companies for 14 years, he switched to the e-commerce sector in 2018. He has been with us since January 2021. Benjamin is, as he says himself, a "finance guy" by passion; he sees his profession as a calling.

Benjamin has two children and two dogs. In his spare time, he loves to cycle all over Berlin - preferably at night. His life motto comes from Oscar Wilde: "Everything is going to be fine in the end. If it's not fine it's not the end.

Marco Hermann

Director of Logistics

Marco Hermann is our Director of Logistics and therefore responsible for the processes and performance of our logistics centre. He and his team ensure fast and reliable deliveries to our German and European customers. Marco is also responsible for the tour scheduling of our businessplus service.

After graduating with a degree in transport management, Marco worked for one of the leading parcel service providers in Europe, where he developed into an expert in transport and warehouse management. In 2010, he decided to bring his expertise to us. In various roles and projects, he has since had a significant impact on the way we our logistics department operates today.

Marco has three children and likes to push himself to his physical limits in his free time. Whether on the job, on the ski slopes or on the football pitch - Marco always gives his all.

Beate Wendenburg

Head of Brand & Communications

Beate Wendenburg is our Head of Brand & Communications. She is responsible for the Creative Studio, Press, Content, Sponsoring, Social Media and Brand.

After graduating in business administration, Beate worked in marketing and strategy for a number of car manufacturers in Stuttgart and Munich. During her time there, she was responsible for the development and launch of several brands. Since 2007, she has focused on digital companies. She has already held various positions in marketing and start-up management. Among other things, she was responsible for the relaunch of a leading German digital company's brands.

A true Berliner, Beate lives with her child in leafy Schmargendorf. She loves discovering nature with her dog - be it walking, jogging or on the water.

Ali Gani

Director of Performance Marketing

As our Director of Performance Marketing, Ali Gani manages the strategy and implementation of data-driven marketing campaigns. The goal: to drive our brand forward and generate measurable success. Together with his team, he optimises the areas of paid search, paid social, affiliate marketing, TV, SEO, CRM and marketplaces. He relies on a combination of analytical thinking and creative problem-solving to ensure that every campaign is as efficient as possible while supporting our corporate goals.

After studying industrial engineering, Ali gained experience in various e-commerce companies. He has also already founded his own company in the car parts sector - so he came to us armed with previous experience.

When Ali has some free time, he can be found on his motorbike, working out at the gym or playing table tennis. But he's not only a sporty person at home - Ali also likes to spend his holidays being active, diving through caves or doing water sports. So it's no wonder that travelling to warm countries is one of his passions.

Antje Schröter

Team Leader of Returns & Complaints Management

If a part happens not to fit and the ensuing return works out without a hitch, it is thanks to Antje Schröter and her team. As Team Leader of Returns & Complaints Management, she is responsible for the associated communication and takes care of what is probably the most important aspect of many complaints: finding a solution.

After training as a restaurant specialist, Antje gained 7 years of experience as a retail consultant. What stands out: Antje has always been service-orientated and focused on people.

Antje spends most of her free time with her favourite hobby: her 2 children. If she has any time left over, she goes to the gym, spends time with her family or cooks something delicious - preferably together with others. Antje loves the forest, the sea & nature in general - which is why she is usually out and about in the fresh air. She has also set herself the goal of seeing as much of the world as possible in her lifetime. Her motto in life: "Dream your life beautiful and turn these dreams into reality".

Michael Arndt

Head of Customer Care

Michael Arndt is our Head of Customer Care. He and his team are busy every day finding the perfect solutions for our customers' problems. With expertise, empathy and patience, they take our customer service to a new level.

Before joining us, Michael managed the customer service department of a major pay TV broadcaster for 12 years. Working in Munich, Münster & Berlin, he gained vital experience in the field of customer service and customer excellence.

Michael is married, has 2 children and 2 dogs. In his free time, he likes to spend as much time with his family as possible. Saturdays, however, are reserved for watching Bundesliga. His motto in life: "The world won't end today, because it's already tomorrow in Australia."

Ilko Schmidt

Head of Purchasing

As our Head of Purchasing Ilko Schmidt is responsible for our entire product range. Ilko has been with us since 2008 and knows k24 like no other. Working as head of one of the branches, in strategic purchasing and now in a leadership role in category management has allowed Ilko to mature into a real expert and a proven leader.

Ilko's love of all things automotive can easily be seen in his professional career. Before joining us, he worked for a large car dealership in Berlin and then became Head of Sales for a medium-sized tyre company.

Vehicles also play a big role in Ilko's private life. This includes, but is not limited to, the youngtimers in his garage. His hobbies also include riding motorbikes and road bikes.

Dirk Reinhold

Head of Retail

As Head of Retail, Dirk Reinhold is responsible for all 3 of our Berlin branches. He coordinates and manages the processes of the individual branches and the cooperation between them. He is also responsible for the external image and store marketing.Dirk is a trained retail salesman specialising in car parts - so he chose his career path early on.

Accordingly, he had already gained extensive experience in branch management at other car parts companies before joining us.

Dirk likes to spend his free time with his wife and 2 children and tries to be at the Baltic Sea as often as possible. When he has some time for himself, he loves to get on his bicycle. Only in winter does he swap 2 wheels for a board - when he chases down the slopes on his snowboard.

Violeta Kuhn

Teamlead HR Admin

Violeta has been dedicated to HR at kfzteile24 for over a decade. She is currently our Teamlead HR Admin and HR Business Partner. In this dual role, she is responsible for the administrative processes in HR and is also the contact person for questions relating to HR, legal, business administration and finance. As a fully qualified lawyer specialising in labour law, she is perfectly trained for this role.

Violeta is married and the mother of a daughter. It is very important for her to spend a lot of time with her family and to find a balance between her professional and private life. In her free time, Violeta likes to be active and loves doing sports. She also enjoys long walks in the countryside and is a passionate reader. She reads books not only for entertainment, but also to educate herself and discover new perspectives.

Ronny Hönow

Branch Manager Mahlsdorf

Ronny the k24 Group employee with the deepest knowledge of our branches and workshops. Apart fom being the manager of our Mahlsdorf branch, he has also been with us since 2007 and during that time has worked in every single one of our branches. After managing the workshop reception at our first branch in Weißensee, he became branch manager in Spandau and later in Mahlsdorf. In the meantime, he has also taken on administrative and organisational tasks for all of our workshops.

In his free time, Ronny is active in sports: he likes to watch football on TV and is a passionate basketball player himself.

Marco Tix

Branch Manager Weißensee

Marco Tix has been the branch manager of our Weißensee branch since 2023. His tasks include the administrative and organisational planning of all areas of the branch and the optimisation of work processes. What Marco particularly likes about his job is being responsible for the mix of different areas (workshop, logistics, sales). He is always guided by his motto: "Problems are just opportunities in disguise".

Marco is a trained automotive mechatronics technician and studied IT systems electronics. He worked for us as a salesman from 2014-2016, then gained experience elsewhere for 2 years and fortunately came back to us in 2018.

Marco is a foodie and likes to indulge his passion - whether behind the cooker or at the barbecue. Contradictory to his job, he also loves travelling on two wheels. He lives out his passion for motorbikes not only by riding, but also by tinkering with his bikes in his spare time. Furthermore, Marco is a technophile and keeps fit by jogging or going to the gym. On Sunday evenings between October and February, however, his other hobbies have to give way - these evenings are reserved for football.

Klaus Wieske

Branch Manager Spandau

Klaus Wieske has been with us since 2013 and has gained experience in each of our 3 branches during this time. He has been the branch manager of our Spandau branch since 2022.

Before that, he worked as a workshop manager in Mahlsdorf and as a workshop reception manager in Weißensee, among other things. Klaus' own ambitious goal: he not only wants to make our Spandau branch the best automotive branch in Berlin, but also to train his employees to become the "best of the best of the best" along the way.

Passant Nofel

Software Engineer

Passant Nofel is one of our software engineers. Before she started at k24 Group, she worked as a Full Stack Engineer in Egypt. In 2019, she moved to Berlin and joined our Customer Data Hub Team. Passant and her team are responsible for the collection and processing of customer data according to GDPR standards. Based on this data, they ensure that we can offer the best possible service to our customers.

In her free time, Passant is perfecting her German language and her dancing skills. She loves to travel and visit different cities all over the world. Her travels also serve as her inspiration: She is a passionate photographer and loves to paint.
